    The Interim Measures for the Management of Financial Subsidy Funds for Adding Elevators to Existing Residential Buildings in Nanhai District, Foshan City (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft of Opinions") are publicly soliciting social opinions. The Nanhai District intends to set up a special subsidy fund for adding elevators, which will be subsidized according to the standard of a unified quota of 30,000 yuan per elevator.

    According to the Draft Opinions, the government has set up a special subsidy fund for adding elevators, which will be subsidized according to the standard of a unified quota of 30,000 yuan per elevator.     The special subsidy fund can be used for the construction cost of adding elevators and the maintenance cost of elevators.
What are the requirements for an application?
    It should be noted that this method is applicable to multi-owner non-elevator residential buildings with legal approval procedures or certificates of ownership, non-real estate development and operation projects of four or more floors (real estate development and operation projects refer to real estate projects developed and constructed and operated by real estate development enterprises) in the South China Sea. The application for fund subsidy for elevator installation and construction of elevator rooms does not include single-property houses, self-built houses or houses that have been included in the plan of expropriation, demolition and renovation.

How should I apply for a subsidy?
    After the completion and acceptance of the additional elevator project, the applicant for the additional elevator can apply to the residential construction department for the special subsidy fund.
