Director Chen Jianhua went to Funan New Street Community to inspect LINVOL Elevator's existing

    On the morning of October 17, Chen Jianhua, Director of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou People's Congress and Secretary of the Party Group, led a team to visit the LINVOL Elevator project in the existing residential building of Xinjie Community in Funan, and personally took the LINVOL Elevator newly built in Xinjie, Funan, giving a high evaluation to the comfort and stability of the elevator.


    Director Chen Jianhua attached great importance to the renovation work of adding elevators to the old buildings of Funan New Street Community. He led the team to the scene for many times and gave specific guidance to the relevant work. He asked the NPC and its Standing Committee to do a good job in the relevant research work, adhere to the people-oriented concept, and add elevators from the existing residential buildings of Funan New Street Community. Starting from practice, dissecting sparrows, analyzing difficulties, reviewing existing laws and regulations on adding elevators, and putting forward legislative opinions and suggestions, we will gradually provide more powerful legal basis and support for adding elevators to old residential areas.



    A resident said, "Thank you very much for Mr. Chen Jianhua's strong support to the renovation of the old building by adding elevators. Let's go downstairs for fitness and shopping. It's more convenient for children to go out and play!" The industry committee also praised the service spirit of LINVOL Elevator, which devoted itself to tailor-made solutions for the old buildings in the whole process of promoting the project, and did not fear the tedious communication with the owners for many times to modify the details of the solutions according to the needs of the owners in order to achieve the best results.



    The State Council's "Report on the Work of the Government in 2018" states that "orderly promotion of the transformation of urban villages" and old residential areas, improvement of supporting facilities, and encouragement of conditional installation of elevators." The installation of elevators in old buildings has become a popular livelihood project. Previously, seven districts in Guangzhou had received government subsidies for adding elevators. In addition to the subsidies of 150,000 per elevator in Huangpu District and free for families in need, Yuexiu, Tianhe, Liwan and Haizhu could receive 100,000 per elevator.
    Director Chen Jianhua encouraged LINVOL Elevator to grasp the market development opportunity of "adding elevators to old buildings", continuously improve product structure, make greater strides in supporting services for people's livelihood construction projects, and assume the social responsibility of "improving the quality of life of residents to meet the growing needs of the people for a better life".
