    In order to promote the development of the company, better enhance the overall efficiency of the company, implement the division of responsibilities and promote performance landing, from September 19 to 21, LINVOL Elevator officially held the Establishment Ceremony of business partners and conducted the first interior training course of performance counseling. Liang Yongbiao, chairman of LINVOL Elevator Company, and Xie Jianji, general manager of LINVOL Elevator Company Other senior and middle-level cadres of the company and relevant leaders and teachers of Shanghai and One Consulting Company attended the event.



    The first interior training course lasts for three days. The course includes the systematic interior training of performance partners, the training of guidance rules and objectives, on-site grooming and annual goals formulation, and three-stage implementation plan guidance. Course learning content is rich and full, teaching form is novel and interesting, knowledge points are practical and easy to understand, especially through the way of group PK to launch, so that the business partners involved in the course are full of passion, full of expectations for the course, and full of hope for the future of enterprises.



    The tutorial period of this project is 4-6 months. Now it is only the beginning, and the road is still under foot.
